Movora Privacy Policy

Movora provides AI image and video creation, creation history, credits and purchases. This Privacy Policy explains how Movora for Android collects, uses, stores and discloses information when you use the app. It applies to the Android application com.alihantakaz.movora.

Your creator identity

Regular use does not require registration or login. The app creates an anonymous creator identity and a random installation identifier to associate your history, credits and purchases. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted using Android Keystore. Regular users are not asked for a Google sign-in token, email verification code or password. Authorized reviewers can open Review access by tapping the Settings title ten times and enter credentials supplied separately for a dedicated review account. Those credentials are sent to our authentication provider over HTTPS; the app does not persist the password. The original creator session is retained in encrypted storage and restored when leaving Review access. Review membership and credits are managed by the server, and purchases cannot be attached to the shared review account. Google Play uses your Google account separately to process purchases. If you edit your profile name, we store the display name you provide; a real name is not required.

Photos, videos and prompts

When you choose Generate, your selected media and prompt are uploaded to our backend and processed by the AI service providers used for that feature. The app asks for AI processing permission before your first creation. You can withdraw this permission in Settings > AI Processing; requests already sent may still finish. Only select media you have permission to use.

Service and purchase data

Our backend stores the creator identifier, submitted media, task progress, generated results, credit ledger and purchase entitlements needed to provide the service. Google Play processes payment information; Movora receives product identifiers and purchase tokens for server verification. We do not receive your full payment card information.

Device and local data

Service requests include the app version, device model, language, country or region from device locale, time zone and network information such as IP address. We use this information to operate the service, resolve failures and help prevent abuse. When campaign measurement is configured, our servers may also use temporary network information together with campaign click records to measure whether an installation or verified purchase followed an advertisement. This measurement does not change the features, prices or content available to you. The app does not display, decode or store the encoded network value used for this check. We do not request precise GPS location or the Android advertising identifier. The app caches catalog media and saves preferences, drafts and your AI processing choice. Android's photo picker gives access to the media you select. Saving a result uses Android's file picker; sharing uses the app you choose. This build does not include Google Sign-In, Firebase Analytics, Meta or Adjust SDKs.

Feedback and content reports

If you contact us or report generated content, we collect the message, report category, creator and creation reference, app version, and contact email if you choose to provide one. An email address is optional. These records help us investigate content, support requests and service issues.

How we use information

We use information to create and deliver the media you request, maintain your creation history, manage credits and rewards, verify purchases, restore eligible purchases, respond to support requests, investigate reported content and prevent misuse. We do not sell your personal information or use your submitted photos, videos or prompts for targeted advertising.

Service providers

Supabase supplies authentication and backend infrastructure. Depending on the selected feature and service configuration, AI processing may use providers such as Volcengine (Doubao), Alibaba Cloud (Wan) or Replicate. These providers receive selected media, prompts and processing parameters needed to deliver the requested creation. Images and videos may contain faces; restoration, animation and face replacement features process that visual content for the creative task you request. Do not upload media without appropriate permission. Google Play handles purchases and subscription management. Service providers process relevant data to support these services. Their applicable terms and privacy policies also describe their handling of data. When you explicitly share a result through another app, the recipient or service you choose receives that result. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or protect legal rights.

Audience and security

Movora is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not submit another person’s media without permission, or use the service to impersonate or harm others. Data is transmitted using HTTPS. Media submitted for processing may be handled by service providers in other countries. We retain creations and account information to provide your history and service until you delete them or request deletion; purchase, security and support records may be retained for applicable obligations or unresolved disputes.

Deletion and support

You can delete individual creations from their result screen, delete creation history from Settings, or delete your creator data from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deleting the app or creator data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Transaction or security records may be retained where required to administer purchases or comply with applicable obligations.

Uninstalling or clearing app data removes the local anonymous identity. Use Restore for purchases Google Play can restore; consumed credit packs and creation history may require support. Before reinstalling, keep your User ID from Settings > Account.

To request deletion without using the app, or to make a privacy, access or correction request, email dev.eva.woods@gmail.com with the subject “Movora Android privacy request” and your User ID where available. Specify whether you want all creator data or individual creations deleted. We may request information needed to verify ownership before acting on your request. Do not send session tokens, passwords or full payment details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or our data practices change. The updated policy will show a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
